The business clients we serve at On Site Computer Services in New Orleans, are in an uproar over M

The business clients we serve at On Site Computer Services in New Orleans, are in an uproar over Microsoft's decision to end sales of Windows XP on June, 30. We discussed XPs demise in an earlier post. One of our clients informed me of an online petition, savexp.com. If you'd like to see Microsoft extend the life of XP, then join the 164,817 people (as of 9:00am PT on April 18, of this month) who signed the petition.

Many New Orleans clients of Onsite Computer believe Microsoft should permanently extend the life of XP. Others contend Microsoft is so huge that the savexp.com effort is a waste. Some may say there is a reasonable doubt that Vista can replace XP. Microsoft recently extended the life of XP for low-cost laptops sold in third-world countries. It will be interesting to note if Microsoft will change its policy regarding XP for other segments of their customer base.

If you're searching for computer consulting, repairs or service of your Microsoft based system or network in the New Orleans area, then call the knowledgeable, reputable Microsoft specialists at Onsite Computer Services, Inc. in New Orleans 504-469-6991.
