So there I was, so ready and so willing to scrimp sand save, and therefore starving and depriving myself (I didn't lose any weight from the "effort", btw) just to afford a pair of my dream sunglasses. I had been saving up for the said sunglasses for about four or five months now, and even used the bulk of my unexpected mid-year bonus as "seed fund". The sunglasses were my obsession and frustration, all rolled in one. I had planned to buy them on eBay, where all good and useless things on earth are sold. I found about three sellers (only three!) selling the model I wanted. All of them were in the buy-it-now format, so they've been on watchlist since forever. It felt great that noone else was buying them, and one seller even slashed off 5% (yeah-huh, measly 5%, but any discount helps if you were starving like moi). And then one day, after about three or so years of eBay-ing, it only just occured to me to seek those sunnies on OTHER eBay sites.

TADAH!

They were also on eBay España, and starting bid was 1Euro! And the seller had perfect feedback! And ships worldwide!

So the rest was up to me---make sure I had enough money to afford the sunglasses and the shipping (which was really reasonable), and to bid smart. The other sunnies s/he had on for sale were really very cheap, and I thought if all would go well with the dream sunnies, I'd bid for another one. The bidding ended early morning in my part of the world, and yes, I woke up at 4:45am just to make sure I won the sunnies! And win the sunnies I did! The best part was that I was able to win another pair because the dream sunnies didn't end up being too expensive! So here are the sunglasses I won this morning:

ROBERTO CAVALLI ATAMANTE 322S

[caption id="attachment_20" align="aligncenter" width="500" caption="The Dream Sunglasses"][/caption]

Original price is around $300+. eBay price goes for around $230. But I got mine for EUR34.05, or roughly $45.99! And they're in the color I really want---black. Heaven heard my prayers! Now I can look so cool and beautiful and mysterious like Sophia Myles in Moonlight (where I saw 'em first, and began coveting the sunnies)

Here's the "extra" pair I got, because the Atamante turned out to be more affordable:

[caption id="attachment_21" align="aligncenter" width="450" caption="Roberto Cavalli Aglaia 245S"][/caption]

Roberto Cavalli Agalaia 245S in brown frame with gold lenses. Market retail price is around $400+. I got mine for EUR55.00 or around $75.00.

Do the math. The retail price for both pairs of sunglasses is around $700+, but I got them both for just a little over $100! I am so glad I waited, and found the seller in eBay España. Now, I have to make the payment, and wait for the sunglasses to come home to Mama!

Thank you God, for making my material girl dreams come true!

This morning I got in my shipment of wholesale shoes from the supplier that I found last week. They had a small minimum order quantity so that I could get a decent price break. So today I listed the first pair of shoes on ebay.com. Before I purchased I did do a lot of research with my software too to be sure that I could profit with this product. I ended up choosing a shoe that was a little bit less popular than the Nike’s.

After doing all of my research I am pretty sure that I will profit around $15-20 per pair of wholesale shoes that is after shipping. Since this is my moonlighting job that I work on after my normal work schedule, I look at roughly what I will make per hour to see if my time is well spent. To research and find the product that I am selling took about 30 minutes to an hour. For me to create my first auction listing it took around an hour including taking the pictures and making the listing look good. Shipping for each item will take about 10 minutes each. When it comes time to relist the auction that should only take a few minutes each time.

If I total up my time spent to sell 6 pairs of shoes at a $15 profit each with about 4 hours of time spent total that puts me at $22.50 per hour. I think that $20 plus per hour is a good way to spend your free time and earn some extra cash. With the cost of everything going up lately we all need to find fun ways to make money online. For me I enjoy doing research and finding what are the best products to buy wholesale, and then sell on eBay or any other venue. I used to spend twice as much time doing the research until nawca.org updated their software tool. I now can find wholesale products, and research which wholesale products will make me money.

I really think that if you buy into what the media says everyday that you life will start to look like the people on TV. What I mean is that when they say that “prices are going up on everything” if you believe that then you will stop looking for good bargains. I completely disagree that the prices are rising on the items that we purchase. You just need to look harder.

Today I found a 4GB USB thumb drive for $9. Now, the best part is that I did not have to go to the store to get it. I did not go to an online retailer to purchase it either. Actually the tool that I used to find the thumb drive finds wholesalers, and discounters that sell the products to retailers. It appears that some of them are willing to sell to the public. This is such an exciting find because I use it to find just about anything at a bargain. I think most of the user use the tool to resell products on eBay. That is not what I am doing because I am happy just saving myself money. There is a lot of pride in buying things cheaper than any of your friends can.

TIP: There is a little software program with a funny name called Cheap Jerks that is sold as a way to make money. Instead of using it to make money it can be used to find every product at the lowest price. Become a "Cheap Jerk" at their website and you will be in discount heaven.

Did I hear that right? Is Senator McCain out of his mind?

Two rounds of lay-offs this year at eBay, trying to clean up the bloated model that Meg Whitman built up, and that's who John McCain wants as Treasury Secretary? What's the logic there? Maybe it's because she's rich, and rich people must be good with money. Well, that's not always true. It is true with Warren Buffett, as he has made his money with understanding the markets and the intricacies involved with moving money and commodities, but it isn't true with a lot of CEO types.

A CEO isn't always like a Warren Buffett, actually, they rarely are. In today's day and age, CEO's have incentives to make risky moves and move share price rather than long term fiscal policies that make sense. Meg Whitman did make eBay into a phenomenon, and much of that credit should be directly given to her. However, there are serious issues with eBay's long term viability, and those issues are cropping up now.

I would like to know what experience or expertise Meg Whitman has in monetary policy, and economics (beyond the boardroom, which can be very different) that qualifies her to be considered for the office.

HAHAHA. McCain is saying that EVERYONE needs tax cuts. At the same time he went on to talk about the deficit and he said that we can't pass that burden on to young Americans. What the hell man? How are you going to reduce the deficit to a reasonable amount if you cut everyone's taxes?

Ebay? You can't make a living off of Ebay John. They've raised seller fees to the max. Ebay is for buyers looking for a good deal. There is little opportunity for sellers to make money.

To date, I have four copies of the fourth season of Girlfriends sold. I am waiting on the payments to be credited to my account so that I can ship them off to the people who purchased them. That means I have five copies left to sell.

I’m also possibly going to look into selling some of my Doctor Who DVDs. I love the show, but I tend to fall in and out of love with stuff. Given that the show is taking a break at the moment and things are rather tight in America, I figured I would do someone a favor by offering cheap prices for DVDs since “cheap” is the main keyword here.

The fourth season Girlfriends DVD’s have about 1 day and 21 hours left as of 8:00pm CT/9:00pm ET. I’ll probably relist them if no one decides to hit them up and they’ll be relisted with the same price. I suggest ebay folks who want to get their Girlfriends on get on this sale as soon as they can.

It's hard to be hopeful. Turmoil in the financial markets is spreading geographically and psychologically. The Dow closed down 508 points today. At last week's Fortune Most Powerful Women Summit, we heard plenty about stress and sleep deprivation -- starting with Warren Buffett's comments on a clearly exhausted Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson. Sallie Krawcheck, who is leaving her high-level post at Citigroup (C), and Barclays Capital (BCS) vice chairman Barbara Byrne told their fellow women leaders about the weight they lost through these torturous weeks.

As experts compare today's troubles to the 1930s, it's helpful to remember that back then, various safety nets didn't exist. There was no Fed. There was no FDIC. And there was no Treasury Secretary as proactive as Paulson. (Nor were there effective anti-depressants and other drugs to get us through this mess!) These are just a few reassuring points to come out of the Most Powerful Women Summit. A few other random bits of hope:

Buffett professed his faith in the government folks ion the spot: "I hope whoever is elected keeps Hank Paulson on," the Berkshire Hathaway (BRK.B) CEO said. "I have enormous admiration for what he's doing." Buffett, the world's most successful investor, also expressed admiration for FDIC Chairman Sheila Bair. This week, she's taken flak for her role in the Citigroup vs. Wells Fargo (WFC) battle for Wachovia (WB), but Buffett said she "stands above" most any CEO and "she won't get a golden parachute when she leaves." (Click here for yesterday's Postcard post that will link you to various Buffett video segments.)

PepsiCo (PEP) CEO Indra Nooyi showed how, amidst gyrating commodity costs, consumer-goods managers deliver healthy profit increases quarter after quarter. Nooyi, who is No. 1 on Fortune's 2008 Most Powerful Women list, also talked about tackling the obesity epidemic. As PepsiCo's volumes have gone up over the past decade, the calories that the company puts into the global marketplace have actually gone down dramatically. Credit goes to innovation with diet drinks, Baked Lays potato chips, and replacement of trans-fats. PepsiCo rates executives according to "human sustainability scorecards" and ties compensation to the scores. As Nooyi told us, if every food company did this, imagine how much healthier the world would be.

Our panel called "The Internet 10 Years Later" (a reprise of a panel at our very first MPWomen Summit) delivered positive signals for growth. Cisco (CSCO) CTO Padmasree Warrior noted that "every second on earth, four babies are born and 20 mobile devices are sold." The session -- including Morgan Stanley (MS) analyst Mary Meeker, former eBay (EBAY) chief Meg Whitman, and Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg -- revealed other interesting stats: China recently surpassed the U.S. in Internet usage. And though the U.S. has lagged in mobile Internet usage, Apple's (APPL) and Google's (GOOG) focus on mobile suggests that the U.S. will lead in that market.

The Summit's closing panel, "The Road to the White House" had Citi CMO LIsa Caputo (on one hour's sleep, she said) interviewing two ace political journalists -- Time's Karen Tumulty and Fortune's Nina Easton -- plus Obama national finance chair Penny Pritzker and Meg Whitman, who is co-chairing the McCain campaign. The panelists believe that voter turnout could reach 80% in November, vs. 64% in the 2004 Presidential election. That level of commitment to revive the U.S. might be the most encouraging sign of all. - Jessica Shambora

Jessica Stam is one of the few working models whose name we actually know. She's been in ads for Gucci, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Dior, DKNY and H&M. She's walked the runway for Victoria's Secret and has a Marc Jacobs bag named after her. In July 2007, she was #15 on the Forbes list on the World's 15 Top-Earning Supermodels. Clearly she has packed a lot of living into her 22 years, and, since she wants to get her pilot's license, has only just begun. The photos of her apartment inside of the October issue of Elle Decor are "Oh So Fabulous!" I must say for a 22 year old, this is simply glamorous.

Model Jessica Stam in the living area of her Manhattan apartment, decorated by Rafael de Cárdenas; the Moroccan doors are remnants of a previous owner's decor. The antique chaise was found on eBay , and the pillow is by the Silk Trading Co.

The apartment for cover girl Jessica Stam is a jewel-tone paradise with a dash of silver-screen glamour. There are all sorts of things people will not do for themselves. Few, for example, feel the burning urge to make their own shoes or build a laptop. And abandoned pasta machines across the land prove that, really, store-bought lasagna noodles are just fine.

But people won't be dissuaded from blithely taking on one of the toughest tasks on the planet: renovating and decorating their homes. Jessica Stam, one of fashion's hottest young faces and a favorite of photographer Steven Meisel, did exactly that with her previous apartment, in New York City's East Village. It was only after a year of arguing with contractors and agonizing over every minor furniture choice that the blue-eyed model finally crumbled.

"I had been living there for a year, and my books were still in boxes," recalls the Canada-born catwalker. "I had bought two sofas, and..." There Stam's voice -- like her progress -- trails off. Tentatively, she started meeting with prospective decorators, but no one clicked until Rafael de Cárdenas stepped onto the scene. The taste of the sharp young Manhattan interior designer -- and, even more important, Stam says, his sense of humor -- was perfectly in step with her own. During a collegial chat, Cárdenas sketched out his ideas for her, which included a healthy dose of what he calls "old-Hollywood exuberance." There was, however, one small problem: Stam's apartment was not worth sinking money into -- it had no view, no charm, and insufficient space. Undaunted, she promptly found another, a one-bedroom a few blocks away, flooded with western light.

It marked the first of many successful joint decisions, though Stam is quick to call Cárdenas her design mentor. "Clients often don't know what to ask for," he says. "I was confident that Jessica would like what I was going to do. She's this beautiful Grace Kelly-esque blond, so I felt it was important for her to have a place that made her look and feel fabulous."

For Cárdenas to reach his desired glamour quotient meant starting from scratch in the new apartment, a masculine, distress-finished, ethnic-accented number that looked, as he describes it, "like Indiana Jones had designed a Marriott." According to Stam, "We basically kept nothing." Or almost nothing: Of her previous decor, only a taxidermy rattlesnake, coiled and ready to strike, made the cut thanks to its sentimental value (it was a birthday gift). Spared in the new space were a former owner's massive Moroccan doors leading to the bedroom, the only major earth-tone element the decorator okayed.

Instead he opted for a jewel-like palette of purples and pinks, along with splashes of metallic gold and silver, to lend an elegant backdrop to furnishings that evoke several modes of stylishness -- specifically, those of 1940s Hollywood, '60s Italy, and '70s America. Though Cárdenas is an unabashed fan of modernism and filled Stam's space with an array of striking 20th-century furniture -- a Vistosi-style chandelier, white-lacquer Milo Baughman sideboard, and Dorothy Draper floor lamp -- he is also a firm believer in more old-fashioned notions of originality and connoisseurship. So he proceeded to troll eBay and scour Manhattan, Los Angeles, and Miami -- some of his favorite stomping grounds -- for unique treasures (no ubiquitous Eames or Saarinen pieces here) like the living area's anonymous long, low '50s sofa he discovered online.

Nowhere is this more evident than on the apartment walls, sheathed in vintage papers from Manhattan's Secondhand Rose. A '30s motif of falling maple leaves in muted blue-greens and coppers bedecks the bedroom while an opulent lilac-and-silver floral pattern envelopes the dining area. Another wall sparkles with neat panes of mirror, amplifying the eye-catching effect of the wallpaper reflected there. More intriguing details were created by the designer himself, including a silver Op Art sunburst mural along a dramatic curved entry wall and a Jean Harlow-worthy headboard in cushioned rays of pink satin in the bedroom.

The rich mix is signature Cárdenas and much like Stam herself -- refreshingly glamorous and relaxed at the same time. "I don't like pure styles," he declares. "They bore me." And one thing is clear: Stam is not bored. "When the apartment was finished I came home every day for weeks and just lay on the sofa," she recalls. "I couldn't believe I lived here; I was so happy."

And as for those two sofas Stam bought, they also got a happy ending -- in the basement of Stam's East Hampton, New York, house, which to her delight Cárdenas is redoing as well. The lesson? If at first you don't succeed, don't try again -- just hire a decorator.

So, you have been buying on eBay for months and now you have items that are too nice to give to the local animal shelter store or simply just give away having a yard sale. There is nothing worse than getting beat up on a hot, humid Saturday morning by a gang of men and women haggling over the price of a item in your own driveway. Yeah that's my idea of a great weekend. Funny thing is that more than likely one of those car loads of people driving from yard sale to garage sale is a reseller of items on eBay. You will be surprised on the money you could have made from selling certain items on eBay instead of giving them away in the driveway. Ask yourself; eBay or Driveway?

I am back from my trip, I was clear over on the "other" ocean, other coast...I had a wonderful time visiting my friend Susan...her family is so wonderful, she lives in the most beautiful place. I was treated to Lobster and Lasagna that her her husband cooked. Went up to Maine for the day, to where I used to live. Played in her studio, practicing hollow beads....it was just great girl time for a week, along with extra's thrown in. I did get a few pix to share...Larry The Lobster ...a huge 18 pound lobster that was more for show than anything at the fish market in Rye. I actually ate a small one that was perfect! Lobster twice in one day was such a treat...a Lobster Roll at the Maine Diner in Wells...and dinner at Susans, Lobster's we picked up.

Here is a pix taken with my iPhone by Susan's son Stefan...I'm already to chomp down on my lobster;

And finely a photo of me at Sleepytown, a visit down memory lane. I found it so interesting that I felt HUGE in a smaller place than I remember. I mean really, its a fairly good size resort...but I remember the walk around being so much longer and seeming so far...the grounds bigger and the parking lot larger. Goes to show the perception of a child vs adult. It was great to go back and share memories with Susan and the owner of Sleepytown. Kind of like closing a chapter in my life. Colors weren't peak on the tree's quite yet...but they were starting, and memories of wonderful falls/autumns from the past were wonderful. I found it quite something most of the tree's I remember where still there...just a few missing.

Oh yeah! We also went to an Orchard apple picking, ooooooooh yum can you say crisp and fresh from the tree apples! Not to mention the killer apple pie Susan made for desert that night.

Ok, now I need to get back to torching and posting new items on Etsy and our website. Not sure about eBay...its just so slow right now, seems that the cost of doing biz there would be a waste of money. But hey! I did post some new things this morning on Etsy...some Biagi style pairs of Dan~O Beads.

[caption id="attachment_35" align="aligncenter" width="450" caption="Source: billmelater.com"][/caption]

So this is exciting... I just found the Ingersoll indexing head in a beautiful schematic drawing... I was wondering what the device was from... If you look in the top left corner you will see the device i am purchasing. It appears to have a carbide cutter on it to cut a keyway in to the crankshaft. That means it is built heavy duty... The sales rep estimated its weight at over a hundred pounds... This is going to be fun to build into a machine. Not sure what yet... But i am thinking of combining it with some of the harmonic drive robot gear bases... Or possibly some of cone drive sets that i purchased...

Previously, I blogged about the new Feedback Revision Policy that will go into effect on eBay.com on October 20, 2008 (see HERE for the detailed information).

After reviewing the details of the new Feedback Revision Policy, I emailed my new TSAM with a question about the Feedback Revision and I received a response back just a few hours later.

My question was this: If a buyer leaves 3 negative feedback and then wants to change all 3 of those feedback and a seller sends a request for each of the 3 negative feedbacks, has a seller used 1 request (1 buyer) or 3 requests (3 item numbers)?

Response: The eBay Feedback Removal Department stated that requests will be counted as item number based.

This, of course, is a very important distinction since sellers are limited in the number of requests they are able to make.

MTV's Multiplayer blog reports on a company about to start offering a service that will allow players to compete in matches and tournaments over their PS2, PS3, or Xbox 360 with real money as a prize. Doing so will, of course, require entry fees, but the contests are set up and opted into by the players themselves. Quoting: "To prevent cheating, the company has access to the game data and promises a knowledgeable in-house customer support team. There's also a reputation and feedback system, which Levy compared to eBay, that will allow gamers to make informed decisions about who they're playing against. ... [Company co-founder Billy Levy] ultimately thinks World Gaming will open up the field for gamers who want to make money from games but can't make it to live competitions due to the expense or having to take time off from work or school.

Ebay announced that it is cutting 10% of their workforce (1000 jobs) in an effort to stay ahead of this financial crisis that is affecting the world. However the auction giant is planning for the future by spending $1.3 billion to buy Bill Me Later which is a PayPal rival and two Danish websites. Ebay is vulnerable as consumers are buying less in a troubling economy therefore hurting revenue. Times are tough but Ebay hopes that these purchases can help to them to come out of this troubling times stronger than ever.

Also, Google is facing some problems abroad as well since a large portion of revenue is done from the international markets. Their internal revenue growth target is about 15% when Wall Street is expecting 20%. It will be very difficult for Google to come out of this economic crisis without being affected.

A few weeks ago, I was at a meeting with colleagues and we were choosing dates for our upcoming Chri

A few weeks ago, I was at a meeting with colleagues and we were choosing dates for our upcoming Christmas cantata. We all pulled out our personal organizers and started flipping through our calendars. The tapping of the keys and rolling of the track ball has replaced the rustling of the planner pages. I noticed that our head director, Tony, was flipping through his calendar, but his phone did not make the same sounds as our PDAs. Looking over to investigate, I found out exactly why he wasn't making the same noise that I was. In the proverbial light shining down from heaven, I caught my first up-close and personal glimpse of the infamous iPhone. I do admit, the iPhone is very convenient and not to mention stylish. But until I learn how to plan my life using pen and paper (only because I'm a writer), an iPhone would make my life miserable.

About four years ago, I got a shopping itch that I needed to scratch. I wanted a new toy and it just so happened that my close friend, Junior had the gadget I thought I needed. He was about to buy a brand new PDA and wanted to get rid of his old Palm pilot. So I bought it with a single intention - to say that I had a Palm Pilot. (Keep in mind that I did not know the difference between a Palm Pilot and a PDA). But when I started using it, I found out that it would sync to my computer but I could not integrate the software into my current planning system. At the time I was using Microsoft Outlook to help organize my goals and information. So after hopping on the internet to research whether my Palm could accomplish my planning goal, I was left with a long face (lip poked out). It seems as though the Palm I had just paid $300 for could not be used with Microsoft Outlook. So I had to make a choice:

I could continue to use Microsoft Outlook in addition to Franklin Covey's paper planning system (yes, I was that determined to learn how to manage projects), letting my new gadget go to waste. No fun in that, is there?

I could have used my palm in addition to Microsoft Outlook and my paper planning method. That would mean I would now use 3 planning methods for one schedule. The problem was there was no way to streamline the process.
Sidebar: This seems like a no brainer, but it happens in large corporations all the time. For instance, 12 departments would use twelve different types of bookkeeping software that cannot be synchronized. Many companies have saved millions by simply streamlining the type of software they use and amount of personnel on staff.

Or I could sell the Palm Pilot on eBay and lose my new tech toy forever

I knew what choice made the most sense, but I wrestled with the decision for 6 months. And in this time, the Palm collected dust...literally. The reason I know that is because I had to clean it thoroughly after I sold it on eBay. Mind you - it only sold for about 2/3 of the original price. Originally, I convinced myself to buy this Palm Pilot because it was a "good investment".

Isn't it funny that when you set out to learn something, you never know which lessons you will encounter? My goal was to learn how to plan and manage my information. And I did learn it - the hard way. As it turns out, I didn't have enough information about the information manager - my Palm Pilot. Not to mention the fact that given my schedule at the time, the information I managed did not require a Palm pilot. Not only did I learn a lesson in planning, but I also found out that not every investment turns out to be an asset.

Turning my investment into an asset would have required me to have a working knowledge of setting goals and project management. At the time, I had no such knowledge. But remember Tony, my colleague at the meeting. The iPhone is perfect for him. He is a project manager who knows how to effectively organize information. I've seen him in action - he is a task master. So the iPhone literally makes his job easier. Some people buy iPhones and PDAs because they look great. Others because it's the latest gadget. And many think PDAs will organize their lives. But here is the truth and it may be a tough pill to swallow - it's up to you to organize your information and resources to support you life goals.

Technology can help you to plan your life a lot faster and easier. But it can only do this if you first have a plan. Using the easiest method for you, start setting your goals now. You can use a planner, your cell phone's schedule application or even a napkin (just make sure its paper and not cloth). Once you can organize your information on your own, then purchase something that will accelerate the process. If not, you may find your self looking good and going nowhere. iPhones and Blackberries are great...if...you know how to use them. Otherwise, they will cost you a pretty penny each month just to look nice or to sit in cases like mine, collecting dust.

I urge you to take the responsibility of managing your information, with or without an iPhone. If you become really great at setting and reaching your goals, one day you'll wake up and you will need a way to automate your planning process. At that point it will make sense to get a PDA. When I sold my Palm Pilot, I thought it was lost forever. But earlier this year, my father-in-law gave me his PDA. Why? Because he saw that I actually needed it. Because I changed my focus, it has accelerated my life and business.

Be careful of the illusion that technology can create. Easy access to your information can make you think that you are organized. But improper preparation for the task at hand can easily render the simplest task null and void.

Have you guys ever seen this kind of card before? I haven't seen it mentioned in any of the blogs so I'll take my crack at it. It's basically a ticket stub that's framed into a card. The ticket is from the debut of that player and is numbered to 20 I believe. I'm not sure the value of these as there hasn't been many that sold, but I recently came upon a Lincecum one on eBay that's selling. This comes as an insert from the Topps '52 remakes. I feel like this is just another gimmick along with hair and the like. Basically, these are supposed to be artifacts in the future as they are a part of baseball history if the guy actually turns out to be any good. what's next? Framed, chewed sunflower seeds? Maybe some gum pressed between two plates and framed, or perhaps some fingernail clippings of your favorite player. What the hell Topps?! They took a ticket that basically 39,980 other people had and framed it. Look at the size of the picture of the player. He's the freaking size of a tic tac. Stop doing dumb things.

Regardless, if it cells for $5, I will buy it haha (because I'm dumb). Anymore and it is not worth my money. By the way, the only one I found to sell was an Alex Gordon one for $27 + $3 shipping = $30 total. I would not pay $30 for a stupid framed ticket of their debut. Maybe if they autographed the ticket, then they would be on to something...autographed and also the ticket was made in silk print...and framed with an Allen & Ginter frame...and made of 24k gold...then maybe.
